Gilberto Hirata

Gilberto Antonio Hirata Chico (born January 17, 1952) in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California) was state deputy representing the Third Federal Electoral District of Baja California (corresponding to the urban area of Ensenada, Baja California). He formerly served as the Presidente Municipal of the Ensenada Municipality.[1]
