History and profile

Founded in 1994 as a Financial Brokerage House by Jean Riachi, FFA Private Bank SAL was granted a banking license in 2007 by Banque du Liban.[1]

FFA Private Bank (Dubai) Ltd, founded in 2006, is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and operates from within the Dubai International Financial Center.[2] Initially a subsidiary of FFA private Bank S.A.L., its ultimate parent company is today FFA Group Holding ltd, a company registered in the DIFC. The change of control of FFA Private Bank (Dubai) ltd was completed in 2021, following a spin off of the Lebanese group's international activities.

FFA Real Estate Ltd, fully owned by FFA Group Holding ltd, is actively involved in the development and management of real estate projects and properties across Europe, notably through FFA Real Estate GMBH, its German subsidiary.
