Ethmia vittalbella is a moth in the family Depressariidae. It is found on Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Jordan, Arabia, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India[2] and Russia.
