Destiny Unbound

"Destiny Unbound," is a song written by Mike Gordon, which debuted on September 14, 1990.[1] The song was written for Phish, and follows the journey of a road-tripping duo Bill and Jill. The song is infrequently played, with a gap of twelve years between performances.[2] Early versions of the song slightly changed beats but mostly kept to the original form, and it is unknown why the song is played so infrequently. It is one of the few songs the band has not played at Madison Square Garden.[3]
