The Roman Catholic Diocese of Constantine (Latin: Dioecesis Constantinianus, French: Diocèse de Constantine) is a Roman Catholic diocese in the ecclesiastical province of Algiers in Algeria.

The seat of the bishop is the Cathédrale Notre-Dame des Sept-Douleurs in Constantine. There is a minor basilica at the Basilique Saint Augustin in Annaba (Hippo).
