Bermuda Commercial Bank
Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited is one of four licensed banks in Bermuda. It is a 100% subsidiary of Somers Limited.[1]

BCB began by an Act of Parliament in February 1969. In April 2010, the majority shareholding in the bank was purchased by an investor group through Permanent Investments Limited. In October 2011, BCB expanded its trust and corporate administration services business through the acquisition of two established Bermuda companies. In October 2012, BCB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Somers Limited and delisted from the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
In June 2016, the BCB Group of Companies moved into a new location at 34 Bermudiana Road, Hamilton.
