Arman Dunayev
Arman Dunayev (Kazakh: Arman Ǵalıasqaruly Dýnaev; born October 7, 1966) previously served as the Finance Minister in the Government of Kazakhstan. He replaced Yerbolat Dosayev on 5 April 2004.[1]
