Amblyrhynchotes honckenii

Amblyrhynchotes honckenii, known as the evileye pufferfish, evileye puffer or evileye blaasop, is a species of fish on the genus Amblyrhynchotes.[3]

It is native to the Indo-West Pacific,[3] from South Africa to China,[4] and was first described by Marcus Elieser Bloch in 1785.[4] It is classed as being of "Least Concern" on the IUCN Red List.[1]

Its flesh is poisonous to humans and other animals.[3]
