Ali Birch
Ali Birch (born 13 October 1988) is a former professional rugby union player. He played at flanker, first for Ulster in 2009-2013, where he was never a regular starter, then for Rotherham Titans until 2016, when he returned to Ireland to captain City of Armagh in the All-Ireland League. He retired from playing in 2017, following a series of concussions,[1] after which he became the club's assistant forwards coach.[2]
