AppLovin was founded in 2012 by Adam Foroughi, John Krystynak, and Andrew Karam.[1][2]
On April 15, 2021, AppLovin became a public company, trading under the ticker APP. AppLovin began trading at $70 USD per share, with a total valuation of approximately $24 billion USD.[3] As a result of AppLovin's successful IPO, Foroughi's net worth has risen to around $2 billion.[4]
